Being defensive like that makes people think you are trying to hide something.

Especially since you didn't directly contradict his statements about it not being bolt on.

Are you trying to hide something?

Hmmm don't call me your friend and in the same sentance call me an idiot. That just makes you sound uneducated and I find it Offensive.

They may be held on with the bolts but... they will not hold the weight over time, they loosen up. That is why I said they should be welded.

Aside from this the term "bolt on" means there is no need for modification. Did you forget to mention that there is cutting required in order for the hinge to sit properly?...

I tell it how it is and I know what I saw. I was the one who helped fix the damage that was caused to the car because of these.

I do not know everything. I do know I am not wrong on this.

I don't like to pick on girls but I will lay one out if they attack me.

Strange...

This whole thread has seemed strange to me from the start, especially since I PM'd about those hinges way before April and never got a response...In fact she's been on since I PM'd her and I still havent' received a yes, no, kiss my ***, or anything.

Guess I'll just shelve this in my "do not deal with" list.

The attitude is not making any friends here and definitely not helping to sell her product. If you want people to trust her and be willing to give her money for something they can't see or hold in their hand you might try answering the questions and coming across like someone that is trustworthy and not trying to scam people.

ok just to set the record straight on this stupid thing, all i was trying to do was sell my sh*t off my car. Getting offensive has nothing to do with hiding something, i just dont really care for all the sh*t talkers and ppl who try and say what i'm selling is junk. Those hinges were sold and the guy who purchased them was VERY PLEASED. He said they were a hell of a lot better than the other ones he recently had. I'm not crazy and that post was made by my boyfriend who thought it was absolutly rediculous ppl need to sit on there *** all day and talk **** on here. As for all of you who understand where i am coming from THANK YOU. It means a lot to me. I dont care what helps my sales on here. Thats all i had to sell. Thank you for the ppl who bought my parts, I hope you were all pleased with them and the best of luck with them.

Maybe 5. They never replied to me over the phone or email with the correct answers. Others have had it.

We really don't have any solid info how much it works.

I'm sure its a piggy back.

it can add up to 18 hp and 22 lbs of torque. I noticed a definate change in the cars performance when I did use it. I just decided to go a different route with my 8. It also depends on how u tune it to.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi,

Just wondering if you still had the vertical door kit for sale. Actually, I'm also interested in the K&N Typhoon if you have it also. Let me know what pricing is again if you still have both and are interested in selling. Thanks!

There's one of four things that had to have happened here:
1.) Didn't know how to use the PM system.
2.) Decided to ignore me.
3.) Didn't see the PM (Don't understand why that one would be)
4.) Are lying that you never got it.

Oh well, can't be disappointed really, especially with what's going on in this thread, I may have saved myself some hassle. Thanks anyway.

Is your 8 an auto?

Does the Unichip have to be tuned by an authorized Unichip dealer?

This still sounds evasive. You say it can add up to 18hp. But in your second sentence you don't explicity state that it added hp to YOUR car. Just that it was different. Different can also mean worse. Did it add hp to a WRX maybe but not an RX8?
