To be honest, if it was a scam, he would have to entertain locals or else it would be to obvious?
He said he was getting pictures of his MS body kit for me, but its been over a week. Maybe cause i was planning on picking it up lol

Seems like a lot of work entertaining locals just to keep us quite for a bit for not a whole lot of money. Maybe I'm just hopeful because I want to the turbo though.

Would the paypal address everybody has sent money to have an address? Or one associated with the tracking number alz0rz got? Not necessarily to track him down but it might help find out if hes genuine.

 

Everything seems legit.. the way he made the thread and all as well as he other thread and it just seems like too much effort..

Anyway yeah I can see his address through Paypal.. and also whats interesting is in paypal it shows that he did buy a shipping label, he even insured it and marked it as a gift. It's declared as a "Shifter" and insured for 100 CAD, what I bought it for...

His e-mail is mikebadda ----at---- telus.net which is an ISP email.. so its not like he conjured it up just to scam people right now...

he's also a premier paypal member.

just doesn't make sense..

btw, his address on paypal is the Drayton Valley Municipal Library =/

 

zerocyl, if you can provide a picture of the a pillar gauge pod, the gauges and a piece of paper that says zerocyl, rx8club.com and the date, i am interested in those pieces.

He told me last night that he shipped the box Wednesday but when i put the tracking number in it doesn't show the box as being shipped yet so i'm just as confused. He said it was the coils and the shifter so I guess we will find out the truth soon enough. He seemed like a really decent guy in all the emails. I guess that cant be a good way to judge someone. I guess I'll hope for the best.

If more than one person paid for the shifter its a scam.

imo i think this guy is pretty legit. he got a pretty good amount of cash and he is obviously still in contact with sum in an effort to get more cash out of you guys. this is too good to be true and just hope paypal comes through for everybody hopefully within the next few months lol... but ya ill be very surprised if he is legit.

Looks like I may also be a victim. Bought a set of strakes off him. I'm been trying to give him the benefit of the doubt and be patient, but I'm getting more suspicious every day. Luckily I'm only out 27.00, but if I don't see anything I'll be trying to get that back through paypal. Makes a person afraid to buy anything. Not the greatest experience for my first time buying from the forum.
