I believe these are complete; assembled with OE springs and top mounts, makes them a plug and play install

They were never mounted on my car so I can not tell you if they leak. I bought them preowned but the previous(Very Responsible) owner had gone over them. They are in very good condition.

I can not verify the mileage but I would say that they were used for AutoX competition and I do not believe that there was much street time on them.
