I purchased this kit second hand, but plans have changed. The kit is used, but I never personally used it. All piping, turbo, manifold, down pipe, oil feed/return, e-manage and wiring are included (see last attachment for a picture of a "new" kit). It appears to be low mileage and has no evidence of any past repairs or imminent failure.
Missing minor pieces: Some clamps, down pipe gaskets, exhaust manifold gasket, down pipe bracket (which is a flat piece of metal with three holes and not necessary for installation, but is necessary for long term reliability).
I'm including the e-manage, but it seems you'd be foolish to use that, instead of a COBB access port. I am not including an access port. Also note that a BOV flange has been installed and no BOV is included. So, you'll need one of those, though they weren't included with the kit from GReddy. I'd suppose it's a GReddy style flange.
Otherwise, the kit appears to be in very good condition, aside from some minor dings/scratches, as pictured. The turbo has no end play and nominal side play to the shaft (if you don't know much about journal bearing turbos, it should have some play perpendicular to the shaft, but not along the axis of the shaft). The rotating assembly spins freely with no damage to the impeller or compressor wheels that I can see.
The manifold, turbo exhaust housing and down pipe all appear to be free of cracks, upon close inspection.
I would not hesitate to install this kit, except that I have gotten into autocross and I'd like to stay in my current class, and installing the turbo would up the ante quite a bit.
Please feel free to ask me any questions, if you're a serious buyer. I will ship in the US for $100 (packed insanely well and insured), if you don't want to pick it up in person.
If you buy it locally, I'll include a brand new Innovate LC-1 Wideband sensor/controller. That's a $199 value. Wowza! OK, OK...I'll even include that shipped, if you want.
If I ship it, I will remove the aluminum intake pipe and outlet elbow from the turbo, and separate the turbo and manifold to avoid any damage in shipping.
Here are a ton of pictures (Click on the image for the whole album of 23 photos!):
