Looking for an Ipod integration kit that will work with my stock bose system in an 05. Need something with steering wheel control . If you have one lying around or are tired of shifting through all those songs, let me know. The ones posted for sale never seem to last more than a couple of hours!

There are several threads on this, and have to verify your head unit version, but it's the best option by far. I have the USB/AUX non-iPod version, and it works fantastic. Similar reviews from the iPod folks.

I will keep that in mind as an option if nothing else turns up. My car is currently at the dealer getting a new engine put in so I can't be sure of the firmware but since it's a 05, i am almost sure it's a 9.55 or maybe above.

Most 2005s are compatible. The 2006s added the AUX jack and began the runs of HUs not compatible, and some of the 2004s just didn't have a HU far enough advanced yet.
