Sorry buddy but i shipped to address on paypal. Thats the only way i am protected if you dont get item. There is a reason paypal has a verified address.
Did i respond to your message saying i will ship to that address? I dont think so because i dont remember ever seeing another adress but what was in your paypal
and over twenty dollars if you are really upset i will refund your money. I thought it was a waste of my time to take that part out for 20 bucks shipped. It caost me 16 to ship it.

This will be my last post in this thread.
I don't want the 20 back. I don't think I will ever get this item, but I'm sure you shipped it, granted to a different address than I asked for. This is the first purchase I have ever through this or any forum, and will likely be the last.
Whats funny is my wife told me to wait until we could get the address on paypal fixed, but I told her that members of this site look out for each other and it would be fine.
This market place exists because members of this site trust that other members of this site will make sales here in an honest way, and will look out for each other.
I didn't change any of the PM's I put up except to take my address out.

The addy on my paypal is not the one I live in, ie I have 5 places I live in.
I spent different times in different places. Since I do not have a daily job,, ie i trade on the
net on puter so can do that from anywhere.
Seller should have made sure the addy was correct.
One does not *** u Me. Period Paragraph.

**** toms lieng ***. He called me threatening me he was the captain of police and if i ddnt refund him 100 he was turning me in for internet fraud. I told him "**** OFF dont call me again"
If they were damaged in shipping i WOULD HAVE filed a claim for him until he was a dick.
I can send any one pictures of the wheels i took with the Stupid *** number cards tom wanted.
and then send you the pics he sent me.
The pics he sent me are more than Likely his damaged OEM wheels. Why else do you need new stock wheels

If you use payapl, person shipping should ALWAYS use the address on file. NEVER send to another address because paypal will **** YOU over if ANYTHING goes wrong. he sent to the address that Paypal has. Sellers should never send to another address, specially when asked AFTER the transaction took place.

Seller ALWAYS have to send to the paypal address, regardless of what the buyer says. Any experienced paypal/ebay user would know this, seller did no wrong there. He's even offered to refund the $20 time and time again! Frustrating for this buyer, perhaps. In the end, however, the seller did offer to refund the money to attempt to right any wrongs, even when they were not technically his fault.
As far as the wheels, why wasn't a claim filed with the shipper for insurance? Why wasn't a dispute started via paypal? Coming and talking trash on a forum does a whole lot less than even attempting to get your money back! Also, buyer claims all the wheels were bent - how would the seller have bent all of the wheels. Virtually no car accident possible would cause that to happen. I don't think the seller would just pull out of thin air that the buyer posed as a Police sergeant and demanded for money back. That in itself shows the maturity of that buyer right there...
For some strange reason I am siding on the seller's side here. Seems he had a couple unpleasant sales that, for one reason or another, left the buyer on a sour note.
Words to the seller - If I were you I would start a fresh account here, make some posts in sections that prove you're at least a bit reputable, lay low, and get on with life.
BTW - A mint blue bumper or a mint condition blue bumper?

What made me believe seller is a scam artist is this:
Seller sent me a PM with nasty stuff,curse words, etc, pm that I re posted.
Scam artists always get defensive, curse, etc. just like this seller did.
The fact that buyer acted as if he was the law,,puts a bit of doubt in buyer's story
Buyer should have filed compaint with shipping company. not the seller,
