I have a set of used wheels for sale made by Arthur Exchange, which is a division from Rays.
The whole name of these wheels are Rays Arthur Exchange MM-X Evil Time Attack. The MM-X wheels has been discontinued and are very difficult to find, the fact that these are time attacks makes them even more rare.

Sizing: 18x7.5
Offset: +45
Pattern: 5x114.3

Condition: Wheels originally had a few curb rashes but I fixed them with touchup paint so they look fine, although not 100% perfect, judge by yourself with the pictures shown.
