After briefly looking at their website, it seems to have the possibility of being an actual product that may affect the ECU maps. I'm not deeming it a turbonator-cousin just yet.
rotor_e04: even if that's the case though, it's fairly well-known around here that there is no such thing as a truly plug-and-play ECU piggyback. Experiences from people on this forum with other piggyback units (canzoomer, e-manage, etc) have learned that the cars vary way too much from car to car, such that it's impossible to have a unit that will both safely (for your engine) and effectively add performance right out of the box. (I know very little about the Cobb unit, though, it seems to be very promising?) You are correct in suggesting you might "have to tune it" but how that's possible I have no idea. So people here are going to be very skeptical because the website is a bit vague and I don't know if unichip is a particularly respected company, to be frank.
I will say that I'm sorry people are giving you **** on here: you haven't made any claims as to performance gains or anything like that, all you did was say what you're selling, and buyers should know what they are buying.
Good luck getting that off your hands...and you might enjoy doing some reading in the EMS sub-forum, where these types of products and mods are discussed.

I bought the unichip and it didn't come with software. you will have to contact them and get that. As for tuning i'm not even sure how you do it. Again you will probably have to get the number off the website and call. I just plugged it into my car and i can tell i have gained a lot more HP then what i had but at the same time know it has to be tuned. My buddy had one and had it tuned for his car and i kno he didn't have any regrets with it. I'm just trying to sell it. Not trying to rip someone off by anymeans.
