no, the adjusting on this shock is for dampening.

if you want to adjust height get coilovers, expect to pay $1,000+

holy crap no way man lol ... i actually asked on leschwab tires(just got new tires) and they do lowering kits by H&R coming to $549 out the door is that a good kit?
it also says that it lowers the 8 1.2 in the front and .8 on the back does that sound right?

if you're looking to be able to ADJUST the height to whatever you want then you need coilovers.

but if you get a ordinary pair of lowering springs then those are much cheaper but you obviously can't adjust them.. they just lower your car a certain amount from stock.

tein s-techs, tanabe gf210, racing beat springs are all good and about ~$200

whats the deal with the springs? i dont think i've ever seen them offered with springs on them. i'm currently running s-techs on stock shocks. are the tokico springs good or should i just throw my s-techs on these?

The springs are separate and aren't on the dampers. The picture on the box is misleading. It's 4 springs and 4 dampers. You use the stock upper mounts.

No, they drop, but it's a fixed 1.25" drop all around.

I run S-techs and D-specs. It's a wonderful combination...the car feels SO settled with the tokicos. I strongly suggest that you pick up the adjuster cables while you're at it.
