Looking for a Volk TE37 19" wheel for a fitment for either an RX-8 or FD RX-7.
offset 38-50mm
width 8-9.5"

I would also consider:
Volk 17x8" TE37
Mazdaspeed MS-01 forged monoblock 18" or 17" wheels

Too aggressive an offset.
That is a Mitsubishi EVO offset I think.

With a set of coilovers you can make it work..... but yes, quite aggressive.
