WTB - OEM cat or supercat or hi-flow cat.

My cat went out I had a cat ready to buy and everything and then the guy (on this forum) sold it after we had already agreed to a payment and everything. Mite i add he did not even inform me of this.

Anyways anyone have a OEM cat, supercat, or hi-flow cat that is working and is up for sale

Thanks guys.

I have a:
Round SPUN METALLIC-CAT; 6.2L/6000lbs. EPA; 5.9L/6000lbs. California; 2.5in. Inlet/Outlet; 3in. Body; 8in. Overall; 4in. Wide; Center-Center.
I would sell. You would have to have it welded in. It was used for aprox. 2200 miles on an 2.5" Stainless Steel MX-5 exhaust system. Make me an offer it's setting in the garage. I'll pull out the tennis ***** & ship.

Your OE cat was a larger Ceramic cat, the High Flow Metallic cat flows & works much better than an Ceramic cat. Cats also work as a small resonator to drop the volume of the exhaust note. I pulled it because I'm over the hill and don't like loud exhaust systems any more. I couldn't get the exhaust system from ringing my ears in the concrete canyons of Phoenix. Rotary's & the V6 of the G37, 350 & 370Z's sound good. Not loud 4 bangers!

I don't know what a muffler shop would charge $20 to $50 depending on the shop I'm guessing. Maybe if you give your location others might send you to the right shop? It should pass smog but I really don't want to say "SURE" because I truly don't know. I don't want to mislead, just trying to help. I would like about half ($45 shipped I'm guessing I'm in AZ) of what it sells for new, it's just collecting dust & I like to clean out the garage a bit.
Ask others in the know on the forum in another section.
PM or email me if you like?
