WTB Used pettit supercharger kit

Ok I know this is a long shot but does anyone have a used Pettit kit that they are willing to sell. All parts would have to be in working order and I would require everything needed for an install.

Generally, people don't have too many issues with supercharged 8's... I don't think anyone's taken one out of their car because the satisfaction level is high :P

Get a new one! Or a Hymee!

If you want it call Pettit and put your deposit and start waiting for the new builds.

yep, i tried really hard to convince a guy who was selling his car to part out the pettit. no go. it seems no one wants to remove their s/c unfortunately, but i can understand why.

Now that doesn't make sense. I will definately be parting out my car when I sell it. Low resale value + high mileage = modifications being worth more $$ than the car is right now.

Does the term " pried from his cold dead hands" resemble the likelihood that you will find one anytime soon

If my son turns out to be a brat when he's old enough to drive in 16 years, I may consider selling it (assuming I already have a 16X powered vehicle by then to replace the RX-8). I doubt you'll want to wait that long

What did I miss.......one of the Pettit owners selling their s/c? I can't believe that, but it could happen. I am considering buying a second one for another 8 I am buying. I also like to find a used unit.

I think its actually $7400, the $6500 price tag is for the first so many units, not including shipping...
