I have a KN Typhoon Intake that's in great shape. I'm looking to trade it for a stock intake, from the tb to the upper intake box. I will also do the installation for you.. shoudl't take more than 30 minutes. Basically, it'll be a swap of intakes, so you will not be missing any required parts, and will drive away with the intake ready to go.

It's the Ver. 2, with the huge Carbon Fiber K&N filter and the aluminized heat shield built in. The car pulls strong with it. No idle issues, car-dying issues, etc. It's actually very quiet at idle.

It's in great shape. Just got it with the car 3 weeks ago. It's actually got a great tone part and mid throttle. It isn'tl til about 6k RPM to redline at wide-open-throttle does it get too loud for me. Being that I'm closer to 40 than 30, I just want something quieter for my "family sports car."

If you like a nice aggresive tone, this will deliver. I live in Hollywood Hills near Universal Studios. Asking $200 installed.

To answer a couple of quick questions...

1) Universal Studios = SoCal / Los Angeles
2) This intake is CARB exempt. No problems or headaches with smogging or being pulled over.

 

I'm down for this. I live in the bay area, but i'm going on a trip down to LA next weekend to visit some of my friends.

 

I actually just picked up a stock intake for forum member nikkdizzle an hour ago. Great guy to deal with. So I have what I need now for the stock intake.

JeSZie: Let me know if you'd still like to pick up the K&N Typhoon next weekend (and you can retain your stocker). Otherwise, I'll relist the intake as a FS.
