Yukon/LS2 Ignition Upgrade
Okay people I'm selling this setup I've been using for about a month. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. This is similar to the BHR kit but this was my DIY approach to save a few bucks and I think it came out pretty well. If you're worried about this kit, don't buy it. Instead I'd point you to BHR's kit.
With that said, and like I said before, I've had absolutely no problems with this kit I put together. It truly is plug-and-play. No modification required at all to the factory harness or anything. I modified my OEM bracket to fit the 4 Yukon d585 coils. The coils have about 6,000 miles on them. The wires I used were provided by BHR, they are MSD 8.5mm plug wires. Everything you need to install this is included.
All the install involves is removing your stock coils and coil bracket and bolting this in the same place. Then you plug in the factory harness into the harness this kit comes with. You run each coil wire to it's pertaining spark plug. Lastly, you pick a suitable ground location. I grounded it at the battery. The ground wire is nice and lengthy to route and ground wherever you wish.
Lastly, the only reason I'm selling this kit is because I have to take my car into the dealer a few times and I don't want them to give me problems about it and I need the money elsewhere.
I am asking for $300 shipped.
