24 hours of Lemons South Spring
Our Jackie Ickyx GT30 Lemons team is ready for Carolina Motorsports Park 24 hours of Lemons South Spring. Practice went well at the autocross in Brooksville (except for the fact that I suck at autocross, what's up with all the frikin cones
, give me a road for heavens sake), finally found the source of our gas leak (a cracked weld in the fuel cell). South Carolina here we come. Some practice pics.

my team (minus me) will be bringing the Audi taxi, as well as the Craptation (according to Jonny and Phil "the worst car we've ever seen") back with a Grand Am V6 swap.
i drove the Craptation at a recent autoX test and tune...the thing is terrible. but lots of power.

The Fri night parade and block party in downtown Camden will be streamed as well.

89 cars started, 49 cars finished, Our Jacky Ickyx GT30 came in 4th! The car ran flawlessly (well nothing broke so that's pretty good for a Lemon) and we had an awesome time. I drove 4 of the 15 hours, 1 hour of which was in a heavy rainstorm. This is the most fun you can have with your clothes on.:giggity:
An RX-7 that won last year beat us to third (they were defineately faster) and we managed to beat Craptation (which had me on the straights surprisingly).
