aluminized steel strong enouph for custom exhaust?

im thinking of makeing a true 3 inch exhaust after the header with a bazooka type canister poking out from where the rear rotary currently is.

i have 2 questions.

1. can 14 guage aluminized steel handle the rotarys heat?
2. the reason im cutting a hole in my bumper is because i wanted to avoid all those bends just to make it exit the side. is 3 inch piping too much for an NA car?

1. Yes, but the aluminum will likely vaporize off in the front section

2. No, 3" is fine for NA max performance, but it will be loud

thanks for the reply.

ive decided to go stainless all the way. im trying to find enouph room to fit 2 resonators into the system preferably on the midpipe section. from what i understand i need about 3-5 inches of streight piping before the resonator starts. i hope with 2 resonators + exhaust that it will be streetable.

You will probabably melt the heck of our your bumper if you run it through the rotary emblem. That space is too small. You need at least an inch or more of clearance all around the pipe.
