batter location and corner balancing
This seemed to me as the fitting place for this thread. If not mods im sorry and can you please move.
As the title suggests, I'm curious as to where the best spot for the battery would be as far as corner balancing is concerned. It sits in front of the front axle and is rather high so I don't think its current location is best. My guess is the passenger side of the trunk, but to help offset a drive but that's just a guess. Does anyone have experience with this that could chime in?
EDIT: Title should read "battery" not "batter". Hold the baseball jokes ^_^

We have to leave our batteries installed in stock location due to Gran-Am rules. But we corner balance our cars before every race because of the different track layouts and suspension settings we go through.

If you dig up TeamRX8's thread where he was setting up the RX-8 for STU he moved his to the passenger side trunk. Also if you look at the custom AutoX exhausts they will go single outlet on the passenger side.
Did you ever get your car aligned? You should make it out to the gulf greyhound event and ride with Nick and me. Nick is a good instructor, in fact he has gotten really damn good. I usually trim a second or 2 off my time after riding with him.
