YUP. I had dyno tested on it at Nationals and came in at 213hp. However, this time they tested in 5th gear instead of 4th (5th gear can make like 5-10hp reading difference alone on many cars) and the weather was super cool and moist which a rotary just loves. BAM... 225hp. Ugh... we NASA racers are probably among the very few who get upset at making BIGGER numbers on the dyno... hahaha

But I have to admit the car felt SOOO good last weekend. Wouldn't surprise me if it was making a bit more power. I beat the track record that had stood since 2005... and then... DQ

So the next day I raced in PTC rather than PTD and came in 1st anyway!

Yeah **** that thing!

It was out at Chuckwalla and if they had dyno'd people in my class, everyone except the bottom two guys would have DQ'd for sure because it was reading like 10HP over what our local dynojet reads. We have one shop here that everyone uses for classing, and also my tuners Dynapack reads within like a couple HP of the AZ region dynojet. At Chuckwalla people who I know for a fact are legal, were getting DQ'd for the weekend, getting thousands of dollars of contingency taken away, and there are some guys that I'm pretty sure are cheating that just loaded up low power maps and were good to go. It only hurt the people that did everything the right way. If I backed off my power so I was like 15HP away from my cap just so I don't DQ on that one dyno, I wouldn't stand a chance.

They also decided they are dragging that piece of **** to a local AZ event this weekend for both days. I wish they would **** off back to California.
