Guys,
I can certainly see where you are coming from on autox with the dsc off. The car IS more responsive in the lower gears with it off. BUT- if you are doing track day and your speeds are up in the 3nd 4th,5th gear range the car is smoother with it on. I know.I have tried the track with it off and the car did not perform as well(or maybe it was me) Its just another tool to have. doing a negative camber high speed downhill turn with a dip and no real run off space is a little thought provoking. DSC can save your ***. The only time it has come on with me was in a sweeper in the rain and it did save my *** then. I guess an option would be once you get good enough to set it off while the car is still under good control then maybe its time to turn it off. Oh yea, I do run stock tires.
