Front Strut Bar

Front Strut Bar
I hear the Mazdaspeed strut is good.
The car goes in the direction you point it. With sway bars the car even handles better. But, how much benefit will I gain if a front strut is installed?
There isn't any roll what so ever with RB sway bars.

Not much. I didn't notice too much difference from before I had the bar put on (had the RB Sway bars & springs) & after. Car handled very well already. Difference was negligible. Maybe if I had done both front & rear stryt bars it would have helped.

Sway bar is really lacking in the RX-8. Fanman, perheps you are not driving hard enough. But I have MazdaSpeed (JDM) 4 point front strut, 2 pt rear, and F&R sway bars installed, and I feel so much difference even my wife can feel it next to me.

Although Mazdaspeed sways are nice and quite stiff, I'll side with Lock & Load due to the adjustability of the Whiteline sways. It's really really nice to be able to modify your car to suit your driving style and other mods like strut bars, tires, etc. [plus it's a lot more fun :D]
For strut bars, I like Autoexe.

I'm sure the 4 pt. front strut & rear strut would make quite a bit of difference (do you get idle vibration because of the 4 pt. bar ? Some people said that might be a big side effect of that configuration). I think Razz1 was asking about the 2 pt. MS bar sold here in the US, unless I'm mistaken. In which case it really didn't make a huge difference. I would probably do both the front & rear at the same time, or if you want ultimate stifness in the chassis than go with Takahashi's setup (4 pt. front, 2 pt. rear).

the awnser is simple, the stiffer you make the body (chassie) the better the suspension can do its job!
So Strut brace, roll cage, frame braces, ect ... all make any suspension mods work that much better, dont think about the advantage each little parts gives, step back and look at the advantage you get when all the parts WORK TOGETHER!
