looking for 2 piece brake rotors.

Agree no spacers for me either (thanks again TeamRX8 for checking this out!), so I wrote them saying only rotors please, and I'd like the rears too. They said the rears would be out in March, engineering had oked the casting.
So in time for the new season I'll get all 4 to replace the oems and save some lbs off each corner and be 'cooler' as well, but keep the oem calipers. I'm happy.

TeamRX8, let me know if you find those longer wheel bolts...

This is what I'm talking about when I say RacingBrake is responsive, looks like they're going to offer a separate fitment for the Enkei RPF1 wheels from Goodwin Racing that are popular here:
http://www.racingbrake.com/MAZDA_Oversized_s/4404.htm
The Enkei wheels have much less available caliper clearance than OE wheels so I'd recommend going that route as OE wheels will work with it, but not the other way around

I'm not really in the know. I just tripped onto that link after asking for an update on the 2-pc rears on their forum:

I am reluctant to give a review without first taking the car to the track. As I have said before all of the items in the kit are top notch and should eliminate fade. To me pedal feel is about the same but I think I may still have some air in my brake lines. I can report that the kit does not interfere with the anti-lock braking system whatsoever. The kit has resisted our salted roads and overall crappy weather with no signs of corrosion and the kit looks great on my car. When I have more time I am going to re-bleed my brakes using a power bleeder, which should improve pedal feel. Once I have taken the car out on the track I will report my findings.

Agreed. I am most impressed with the willingness of Warren (Racing Brake owner and chief engineer) to innovate and do whatever is necessary to make his product the best. He flew all the way out here to our west coast shop to show us parts off the new kit. We will likely track test the setup for MazdaSport Magazine soon on our RX8.
The RPF1 has a number of features to increase strength and unfortunately the design just inside of the spokes does reduce caliper clearance (it also allows Enkei to make the wheel just 17.2 pounds for 18x9.5 so we are not complaining). Anyway, most impressed that Warren is adapting the kit to fit this popular wheel.
I should also note that Warren also makes two piece rotors in the custom fitment for our Miata big brake kits and those have worked out well in heavy track use for a few years now...even with customers running 500 and more hp in their track Miatas.

w00t, revised parts are shipping to me next week for the Enkei wheel fitment change
RacingBrake is also preparing to release the OE replacement 2-piece front rotors for use with the OE caliper, I believe several people here have been waiting for these
Also an update on the 2-piece rear rotor status: http://forums.racingbrake.com/viewtopic.php?p=361#361
Look for an exciting RacingBrake announcement of the forum soon

AutoRnD will also be releasing front and rear Two Piece rotors this month. Keep your eyes peeled. We have a small qty coming in, five complete sets front and rear. Of course one set i'm keeping for myself. Four sets available in Black Hat.
-Velocity channels - allows the outboard face of disc to ventilate - equalizing face temperaures.
- Precision scalloping - reduces mass - improves looks
- NAS Titanuim hardware for low mass and excellent corrosion properties
I've enclosed a drawing of our one of the rotors to give you an idea. The rear rotor has been designed in a fashion to further reduce weight.
Pricing will be released once the bell housings are finished at the machinist.
Thanks,
Rishie
Just another option:

SUCCESS!!!!!!!
RacingBrake hit it perfect. We now have approx. 1/4" clearance between the Enkei RPF1 18 x 9.5 x 45mm offset wheel spokes and the closest point on the caliper. Everything lines up perfect.
