OTS Koni Yellow Dyno Curves?

As the title says - anyone have dyno curves for OTS Koni Yellows? I just picked up a set of 2812s, and so I'm looking to start at basically near the OTS values (if possible, I haven't seen the dyno sheets yet) and start adjusting from there. However, I don't have comparison sheets for the yellows so I don't yet know where to start. =)

You've asked a question which has been asked, and asked, but I've never seen anyone come forth with the data.

Have you talked to Koni? They should have the dyno plots and, I would think, their data would be most relevant.

I have seen the dyno plots on this forum but it's buried in an unexpected thread.

try to do some heavy searching and see what you find.

Ask and you shall receive: https://www.rx8club.com/showpost.php...3&postcount=97. The dyno was done on my brand new front replacement, and one-year-old rear. Try Baghead too since he has the most experience with 2812 on RX-8 I believe.

sorry, need to know basis only :p

nothing prevents you from dynoing one though, but be aware that unless you conduct the tests using the identical procedure for each that any kind of direct comparison is basically junk

Yeah, I wasn't looking for anything exact. Just looking to see in general where I should start playing with my 2812s. =)

the 2812s aren't going to line up with the double-tube shocks at all due to the difference in low speed response

That's exactly why going to Koni makes sense...repeatable procedure, on the same equipment and same operator. They also should be able to walk you through the valving needed to get to the baseline you want.
