Push with Racing Beat Sway Bars?
#26
The rear will stay planted with more camber in front within reason. Last track event at Homestead, I had 1 percent in rear with 1.5 in front. I only wish I could break the rear loose. That should come with additional power from the Pettit SC that is going on in two weeks. Nothing like have a test car for them. Problem is solved by trail braking and power slide out.

the usual way to tune camber settings (and to some extent also tire pressure) is with tire temps. for road racing you want the inside a bit hotter than the outside (because the inside will heat more than the outside on straights and braking). my guess is 1.5 degrees is way too little, although some compromise is necessary if you dont reset it for street driving.
how much stiffer are the RB bars than stock? super stiff bars can cause a bunch of other problems, such as lifting a front or rear tire, but i really doubt you could do that on street tires and any bar within 3x of stock.

Check Tpryor on this forum, he runs 275 all the way around (then again he doesn't plan on lowering the car cause he runs B-Stock, AFAIK). He has a similar set up to help rotate the car. Mazda did some serious understeer number on this car and the lack of torque IMHO keeps you from throttle steering without excessive steering input.

i have a set of 275 that come off an m5. i just hope the fronts will fit in the well! we will see in the morning:D what do you guys think about leaving the stock in the rear.......for drift not grip. i mean they already do fine. will having two diferent widths make the car do anything funny on the free way or something like that?
