Will that said, please feel welcome to contact me and I'd be happy to help you (or not) should you consider a path into racing (in an RX8, S2000 or other). Personally (and professionally) you need to get a Spec Miata. Those who know about this car will agree with me 100%. Those who don't really don't understand racing and probably never will.

For now I'm just going to work on building a competitive TTD car but when it's time to go racing I'll likely be shopping for an E36 or 46 M3 race car ultimately. At this point for me the 8 is slow enough to necessitate good driver skills development to be fast but fast enough to be a little scary at times. A good blend I'd say.
I think a good discussion with the Mother's Rx8 Race Team in NASA would be beneficial.
