RX8 Engine Drawing required

RX8 Engine Drawing required
Greetings from the UK
We are looking at the feasibility of fitting an RX8 engine into a front engined race car, there are potential problems with the exhaust of the RX8 exiting onto the drivers legs.
So that we can model it in Solid Works does anyone have an electronic drawing of the engine that I could use?
Thanks Andy

Andy,
You may be interested to know that the Renesis engine produces an incredibly high amount of heat. In our race car and using as much heat shielding as possible we are easily achieving 140F+ in the cockpit. I suspect proper insulation and your exhaust near the drivers legs would produce some crazy, crazy heat which would likely make for huge driver discomfort. Huge. Collector temps at the 02 are over 800F
Just sharing.

You probobly could use The Microscribe Digitizer to create points in Rhino based off of a physical model. - using a pen/sensor in space to map points/coordinates of an object which then translates them in to computer model (something we have in UofM architecture feb. shop)
Then import it to solid works
Then import it to solid works
