Gilhart made the last lap past on Huffmaster but with contact. Looks like Gilhart missed a shift after the pass and fell to 2nd right at the end. RX-8 1 and 2.

Congrats go out to the RX-8's that ran well in T3!
I wondered why the Cobalt came in from the lead, but when you said "for sound" it made perfect sense. That car was RETARDED loud on the track. did it even have an exhaust system!?
The weather this morning was terrible. It was probably some of the worst driving conditions I've experienced in quite some time just to get there. The highways had standing water on them.
All-in-all today was a fantastic day. The races seemed a bit closer than last year as well. SSB was a blast to watch just like last year. The battle for 2nd and back was awesome!

As someone stated earlier, the times they air this are not convenient at all. Typically races will be on at 11am cst or so on the week days in November and December. They require lots of DVR use if you are to watch them on Speed.

Going by his actions when he got out of the car, I would guess he will get a talking to and be on all the highlight shots, you would think that. However, some of us in the media center that have seen the video a bunch might not agree.

Who's going to get a talking to? What do you think happened?

Well, considering Patton started #3 on grid and the two Driversource Panoz's were #4 and #6...and, the Tiger accelerates easily as hard as the Panoz (unless Patton had a very poor start or missed a shift)....I don't know, I guess we'll see when we see the tape...but, that will be a loooooooong time from now

Without seeing it, I can't have an opinion.
My point was, basically, that the car gridded #3 should have the shortest distance to the inside line of the first turn, but I don't know that to be true..
Looks like I won't be making my own "call" on this one until next year...SPEED truly sucks.
