SCCA Stock vs Showroom Stock

SCCA Stock vs Showroom Stock
Can someone clarify the difference between SCCA Solo Stock and Showroom Stock classes.
Looking through the rule book, I can only find this reference: "Showroom
Stock cars may use tires which are eligible under current SS rules,
even if they are not eligible in Stock." I can't find any Showroom Stock rules.

Are you confusing BS with SSB? B-Stock is the class the RX-8 is in for SCCA Solo. When they say showroom stock in the solo rules that means stock class. There is also Showroom Stock B which is a club racing class.
