Selling my B-Stock Go-Fast bits (Koni 2812s, SRF front bar, exhausts)
I'm getting out of my RX-8 after nationals this year and returning it to stock to sell. So, the spare bits must go!
Main things I'm selling:
Koni 2812 Shocks: Monotube, double-adjustable (adjustable on both ends without lifting the car) shocks, designed for B-Stock by Guy Ankene at ProParts USA. Way more compression damping than the Yellows, with adjustability for both that and rebound. Shocks are over 4000$ new from Proparts, selling for 2000$.
SmallFortuneRacing Front Swaybar: Product Link on SRF. Used for one season. Actual product has 4 adjustability holes, but only 3 are reachable with the endlinks provided with the kit (Gendron says "oh well" when I called him and asked about it). These 3 holes are softer than stock, stock, and stiffer than stock. Very noticeable difference in stiffness between the settings. 400$ new, selling for 300$.
Exhausts:
I have the following two "exhausts" for the car, which are useful if you have a welder to weld on the required 3-bolt flange so that they're swappable. They both bolt onto the same flange.
Joe Goeke-style: I have a clone of the Joe Goeke-style exhaust. 90 degree bend into a small Borla muffler, into a 90 degree bend out the right exhaust tip hole, with a stock-looking tip. Sounds much better than stock, and I've been daily driving on it for a year with no noise issues. 17-ish pounds lighter than stock. Paid 500$ for it, looking for 300$.
Turndown: A simple stainless steel 90 degree turndown on the same 3 bolt flange. Paid 75$ for it, looking for 50$.
Note: These prices don't include shipping. I calculate shipping through my UPS account and add that to price for buyer. This way I make no money on shipping.
