Suspension bottoming out

Suspension bottoming out
[not sure where to put this but since it happens while autocrossing this seems
like the best place]
I recently switched from the RB front swaybar to a softer bar and now on
grippier surfaces I'm getting "klunks" from the front suspension on high G
turns. Asher's car apparently is also doing this (he has the OEM bar). This
never happened with the big bar.
Does anybody know what is hitting? Is it the shocks (Koni yellows) bottoming
out or something else? Is anybody else having this problem?
I'm guessing the "fix" is a stiffer bar and/or more bump.
thanks,
edj

I never had this problem and plenty of people are running an even softer bar including OE and OE shocks (softer bump than Koni shocks) without the issue
You do have the bumpstops installed on the shocks, right?

No klunk on my car. I drove mp5's car and his has a klunk. On his car I think the end links are hitting the shocks, he has a stock front bar but has moved the endlinks up to make it stiffer.
Check the shock body for any marks.
Does your bar have stops on the swaybar so it can't move side to side? Some bars that don't have the stops can move side to side and cause a bind and klunk.
