Ummm...why don't you just use a lathe?

JK, that's pretty cool. I'll tell you, having a good tire changer is great, we have a Corghi, also, just a little more bells and whistles on ours...I've done RX8 tires (street and race), motorhome tires, wife's tires, friend's tires...my initial "time share" investment was paid for in the first month of "co-ownership"...these things rock

I don't have one. I did not have time to wait for a machine shop to turn them around, I need to use them this week, so this was the quick fix. Plus this only cost me $8 for a router bit.

Very creative!

Looks like a P45F. Did you get a chance to weight them before mounting tires???

Cosmic blue P45F. 21 lbs 5 oz on a digital postage scale. My bathroom scale said my Royal Black set was 21 lbs, so I would say that is fairly accurate.

a hand held drill and hole saw would have probably been more accurate
