Why hasn't MazdaMotorsports gotten back to me?
I registered several months ago on www.mazdamotorsports.com and provided race results. I emailed them again in February. Haven't heard anything!! What gives?
I'm calling tomorrow. Anyone else signed up?

I am, but I got in back in like 1994.... I am not sure if they mail you a membership card anymore. It may all just be online now. Call them and I am sure they can fix you up quick.

Same experience here, email queries went unanswered for both initial team registration and subsequent order. Best thing is to just phone them and straighten out whatever questions you may have.
A few observations:
1)If you need parts fast, think twice before ordering from MMS. Took them almost a week
and half before my spoiler chin and front fender liner were shipped out.
2)Shipping charge is not provided at the time of ordering. Though it has always been
fair. You can call back for tracking number and exact charge if you wish.
In spite of those minor issues, I still give Mazda big thumbs up for giving back to its loyal customers who are sport enthusiasts with this program.

Wow I have never not had an order go out the same day, if I call before 2:00. If you call around the holidays they are closed for like a month. Also around the SCCA runoffs they are down to like one guy because the rest are at the track, but the rest of the year they are great.

Unfortunately, that was my most recent order experience just a few weeks back.
1/30: phoned in the order
2/06: credit card charged (found out via cc website myself)
2/08: emailed about status & tracking #, no reply YET
2/10: 1st package delivered by UPS
2/14: 2nd package delivered (oversized box with 2/12 being east coast blizzard day)
So it's likely that my salesperson just forgot to put in the order when I called in, and then eventually put it thru. My 1st time ordering thru website was smooth and relatively quick from what I recalled back in '05.

they specifically say on the website that if you call in an order you will not get the best service, it gets entered when they find the time to do it
I've gotten pretty decent delivery times ordering online. Most dealers don't have the parts in stock and must order them in from the same distribution warehouse that they ship to you from. Further, a lot of dealerships only place parts orders once or twice per week, which means there may be a delay on their end too. Not to mention that you aren't going to get wholesale pricing from a dealer.
