That says it all.

Seriously, I was the same as you, until I tried Zaino. To each their own, I choose Zaino and wish the best to you, whatever you use.

Carnaubas give better depth on most paints, and probably take more effort. Synthetics give better reflection and shine. Like 6speed8 said, to each his own.

I keep seeing commercials for some new "Ice" wax or something like that...

Anyone try that yet?

the ICE from turtle wax is awsome, is different from any other wax.

1- its like oil, i like to think of it as a tanning lotion for my car
2- you can use it like a butter wax, in the sun, in the shade, cold hot and comes off with ease
3- even if it touches your black rubber it will not make anything white in fact it lubricates and renews rubber.

4- its awsome 10 - 15 min and your car is completly WAXED. I love zaino but ICE is so easy to use its redicelouse. comes off in seconds..

5- believe me it is so shiny to a point that i see no difference between ICE and NXT. speechless why did't they come up with earlier. i have wasted too much time of my life waxing my cars.

6- i have attached a picture. i took it three days after i waxed my car with ICE. i swear that stuff is soooooooooooooooooooo nice to use and the shine is just what i was looking for i feel stupid about wasting hours back in the day waxing my car when now it takes 15 minutes

Nice pics,

I just bought a 06 black 8. I decided to replace my 5 year old turtle wax for NXT. Maybe I will try the ICE when I want a fast wax, How much is it?

Zaino is not a wax. It's more of a polish/sealant but it's the best. If you have the time and money, splurge for it, you won't be disappointed.

I wish I had some kind of cover or a bigger garage, I always have to wait for the sun to go down so I can wash my car...but by the time I'm done washing and drying it's almost night time and I don't have the time to wax...grr...

get a damp towel, apply all over the car and wipe away with a soft cloth.

THE SECRET IS THAT THE TOWEL/OLD T-SHIRT... WHATEVER YOU USE MUST ME WET WHEN YOU ARE APLLYING THE WAX... trust me.

I have the same problem so i just use a car tent. Only requires 2 people and only takes 10 minutes to set up. Here is a link for one.

Yes and it works great. Very reasonably priced at like $15 a bottle at the local Auto Zone.

I know everyone praises Zaino, but Turtlewax ICE is VERY easy to use and doesn't leave ANY residue. It can be applied even in a scorching Texas sun and wipes off EASILY. Takes about 10-15 mins to completely do your car from bumper to bumper.

I think you will be happy with ICE.

I have a friend that is a Malco dealer, I only use his products on my 8, and on my classic GTO. Their Flash Wax is absolutely amazing!

Question to those who use Turtle wax ICE,

How long does it last?

How many car washes will it survive?

How often would you reapply it?

Thanks,

Claude H.

Don't even think about it Tigger. You're gonna LOVE your zaino kit once you finally decide to open the box.
