Best way to Shine Tires?
#56
When I was doing my time in ARMY, and was about to have an inspection we used a quick dirty trick to shine cars tires.
Water well mixed with sugar. Spray, let dry and DONE.
It really gives a great result. Cheap and great.
But I would not use it on my 8. A lot of flies like that.

^^^ flies shouldn't be able to catch a properly driven 8.

Alright with tire shine, anyone have problems with cleaning all of the sh*t after they put it on and driving away? I let mine sit over night and it was flung all over the car...maybe I shouldn't put so much? BUT IT LOOKS SO GOOD

Just dont put so much, there is really no way around the splatter if you use too much.

I used to use black magic but sometimes when I overspray, it would get on the car. I switched to meguiars hot shine and never flings off when I overspray. I tried the meguiars gel today on my tires, I will see how it looks tomorrow.
