Thats awesome.

I had a black 993 convertable, garage kept. After a few years the paint stated to crap out on me. Maybe it was the NJ acid rain, or the salt on the roads...

I'm in FL now, and hoping I can keep my silver RX-8 as good looking as your RX-7.

It's not that hard to keep looking good if you work at it. Keep the car washed weekly, use quick detail spray between washes, and clay and polish once every 6-9 months or so. And use Zaino!

Silver really kicks *** on the 3rd gen 7, by far my favorite. And I am still leaning towards Silver on the 8 when I get one.

Oh, and visit websites like Autopia.com and Detailcity.com! It's incredible what you can learn at these sites when it comes to detailing cars!

Wondered if everyones dealers left the clear plastic protectors on just in fron tof the rear wheels, and if so did you leave them there for guarding the rear buldge?

It's a very minute detail. Your car looks crystal clean otherwise! Just as importantly, I'm glad you've been able to make a Zaino vs. NXT Tech comparison. Sharing your continued experiences with both products will surely influence a lot of people's minds on the matter.

I hadn't had a chance to detail the car since I got it but the weather finally gave me a break. Man I love Zaino results.

Just got my 8. Woohoo. Is the advice to Zaino it asap or to wait a bit for the "paint to harden" as someone put it to me. Is every sec without zaino hurtin' my ride? ;-)

Don't know anything about making paint hard, but be sure to use the clay bar when you Zaino the car the first time. My paint has never been so dirty as the day it was delivered. I could literally hear the bar removing the shards of dust as it moved across the finish.
