Dealer scratched clearcoat with buffer - is there help?
While signing the papers to take delivery of my new BLACK 8, detailers waxed my new car with a buffer!! Caused some light swirl marks in the clearcoat. Is there anything that will get them out? I've never used the Zaino or Zymol before--will these help?
Also, dummy me, without checking first I removed my front emblem only to find three holes in the front bumper. I dont really want to pay the $$ to have the bumper removed, holes filled and bumper repainted and reinstalled. Any suggestions other than just replacing the emblem to cover it back up??
Thanks,

Just have the dealer get rid of the swirl marks. When i picked up my RX-8 it had a small rock chip on the rear quarter panel and on the roof there was some hazing in the clearcoat with some swirl marks. At my first service they touched up the chip and power polished the whole car to get rid of the swirl marks and hazing. The roof looks great now but the chip will take a few more coats the next few times I take the car in, the dealer offered to repaint the area with the chip if I'm not happy with how it turns out.
