I have a small dent above my rear drivers side wheel . The dent "master" wanted to put a hole above the wheel underneath the body to push the dent back out and then plug it? Is that worth it?......The whole HOLE thing turned me off. I'll show pics tonight. It really pisses me off though cause i didn't dent it.

Personally i would rather have a tiny hole in a space i couldn't see then have a dent that would bother me everytime i look at it. The hole is even plugged in the end so how bad could it be, i just got a dent taken out from there and i probably didn't even know they put a hole to get it out. Just my 2 cents.

i had this process done to my car and i am completely satisfied. just like efinirx8 said its better to have a hole that cannot be seen plugged up rather than have a visible dent. besides if they didn't tell you they were going to drill a hole you probably wouldn't even know it was there.

Do it man, I have a few reverse dent in the front bumper and a new chip on the driver's door. Every time I see it, I feel like repainting the damn car.

I also have had dent work done on my car but luckily they found a way to get where they needed without making any holes. They put their tools through the holes for the wire harnesses and such and got the dent out that way. It all depends on the location but I too would rather have a tiny hole some place where I could not see reather than a dent.

got a pic? how big is the dent? if it's fist size or larger and in a mostly flat area of the car, get one of those pops a dent or ding king things. they work really well. For $20 it's worth a shot. I've done it several times for other people's cars here @ work.

I have one in the same spot plus a shopping cart got my front fender. The problem with drilling a hole on the Mazda is the distance between the outer and inner body pieces is millimeters, according to the man that did mine, so you run the risk of drilling a hole through to the outer piece your trying to push out. Your man can just work from the inside of the wheel well without drilling and push and mold and do his magic. I had my front done and it is very hard to tell a shopping cart was anywhere near it.See link https://www.rx8club.com/showthread.p...ighlight=magic
