This is some pretty serious stuff. Gloves are recommended. It is made for stainless steel exhausts and it's description states that it removes gold discoloration. Very easy to apply and remove. Lots of black oxidation on the cloth. My tips now look just like new again. I took some pics but they did not do justice in my opinion.

THIS PRODUCT WORKS - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

It will not harm a heat treated finish.

^ yes it will. the gold coloring is from the carbon raw fuel mix.
If you dont keep up with the cleaning the tip will look like crap within a few hundred miles.
I clean mine every 2 days no matter what time of yr. and they always look perfect

I would recommend this product

http://www.75chromeshop.com/index.ph...oducts_id=2702

I've used it for years on the biggest pimped out chrome rigs out there. I'll see if I can find a pic or two.

There nothing like it out there

Here are 2 pics of results that the product mentioned above with will bring you
This is chrome which is much hard to clean than stainless steel
This stuff will work way better then anything you could buy in your local auto/detailing store

You be the judge
