3rdly, which really irks me is you rip off the picture from another thread and post a whole load of crap to proof ???.
The owner didn't even reveal the exact details of the whole process
and has never mentioned the words "Acrylic Jett", "Finish Kare" "paint cleaner" or "primer".
FYI, this picture was taken in Singapore which I doubt you have ever been
or even know where's the place.

1st, I don't need permission.
2nd, I don't need permission.
3rd, I'm giving the car and its detailer compliments, and you're offended?
The detailer talked about his detailing process on autopia.org, in case you didn't know. I have talked to the detailer online, and he uses Acrylic Jett, Finish Kare and primers on his customers' cars.
FYI, I was aware that the picture was taken in Singapore before I posted it (ouch?). Second, I lived in a location close to Singapore for a while (ouch?). Third, what makes you so easy to assume? I'm willing to bet I've been to far more countries than you have, if you want to play it that way.

It can be done outdoors in the shade, not sure about direct sunlight. But when you're going to apply Zaino, you're probably going to wash your car in the shade beforehand, right?

I actually apply zaino in the garage (to avoid dust getting between paint and zaino)
Then I put it out in the sun for about 30-45 minutes. Zaino is different then other waxes in the sense that it is okay to let it 'dry' on the car.
Some people, (Belive it or not) actually leave the zaino on over night before taking it off. It is perfectly safe to do. (though I don't really see the advantage since the goal is to apply multiple coats every time)
