side skirts..

side skirts..

i dont have any appearence mods.... but the side where the side skirts would go (idk if its called side skirts stock...) i have like dirt and crap stuck on.. i was washing my car today and i was trying to wash them off.. i was using one of those mits and i couldnt get it off... is there anything you guys recomend that would take this crap off? i think i need something rougher but i dont wanna mess up the paint....

Makes sense, but I think you would just call it the sides of the car, at the bottom.

Is it dirt or other stuff (sap). You may be better off with something like "goo-b-gone." It works wonders and doesn't mess the paint up (I've used it before)

Benny--The bottom of the sides have a layer of hard plastic over them (much like the rock chip shields on the rear wheel wells), so it's okay to be a little more aggressive with them. I wouldn't use anything very abrasive like steel wool, but you can probably get away with using a soft wheel brush or something that would still be able to scrap the dirt off. Of course, the safest option would be to clay bar that area.
