Get some clay - takes sap and all of it's evil stains right off.

Don't know what it would do to the paint, but for clothing mix a 50/50 solution of rubbing alcohol and liquid dish soap--the stuff for hand washing, not the dishwasher. Works great.

3M Adhesive Remover. You can get it at any paint store and it's about $10 a can.

Try using clay. If it does take it off, make sure you clean the clay very good with the lube after so the sap doesnt stick on it. If not, mmaybe try using bug off... usually takes off bugs that are stuck on there good.
