1. Windows: Armorall window wipes

2. Wheels: Eagle one soap =/

3. Soap: Eagle one soap

4. Interior: Damp towel, duster

5. Trim: Nothing yet, should get something soon

6. Exhaust Tips: Nothing yet, haven't really ever cared about the stock exhaust, just used some dishwasher. I'll be getting something for it once UPS decides to not lose another MS exhaust and actually have it at my front door.

7. Tires: Nothing, don't see the point.

8. Exterior: Porter Cable, Poorboy's SSR 2.0 and 2.5, Zaino Z-2, ZFX, Z-PC, Z-6. Zaino is so...convenient. Protects paint (so chips are reduced), can last for several months, gives a carnuba-like shine...Sal Zaino is truly a pioneer to the car detailing world. Apparently there's some new Zaino products that will be coming out soon which are going to be ridiculously good. Can't wait...

9. Dash: Meguiar's wipes, I do want to get the Aerospace 303 eventually

10. Leather: Meguiar's

1. Windows: I bought this foam sparay formulated especially for tinted windows (no amonia) but I forgot what it is called...
2. Wheels: Honda Motorcycle polish! It's great for any surface--doesn't leave streaks or residue and creates a static barrier against [brake] dust
3. Soap: Any foamy & concentrated auto soap that contains wax (e.g. Turtle Wax Concentrated Car Wash, etc.)
4. Interior: Permaplate interior renewer; Armor All Leather wipes; Honda Motorcycle Polish.
5. Trim: Turtle Wax ICE
6. Exhaust Tips: Mother's Chrome/Metal Polish & Honda Motorcycle Polish
7. Tires: Eagle One Tire Shine
8. Exterior: Meguiars Tech Wax (Paste); NuFinish Car Polish; Permaplate Paint Renewer; Zymol...I take turns using different products. So far, The Meguiars has been the most reflective but the NuFinish has lasted the longest.
9. Dash: Honda Motorcycle Polish
10. Leather: Permaplate interior renewer; Armor All Leather wipes; Honda Motorcycle Polish.

Cool One thing.....

My poor car gets very little attention, it's usually grimy beyond belief, but the inside gets a lot of Formula 303.

Dash - 303,
trim - 303,
exterior black bits - 303,
leather seats - 303 (sorry, but that coated leather stuff is closer to plastic than leather!)

Outside - whatever they put in that car wash sprayer at the Shell station!

2. Wheels: Meguir's
3. Soap: Meguir's Gold Class Concentrate
4. Interior: The damp towel I used to dry the car with.
5. Trim: Son of a Gun! for all black trim and engine bay... basically a bottle of grease.
6. Exhaust Tips: Soap and water.
7. Tires: Armor All foam spray.
8. Exterior: As in wax? Meguir's NXT Tech liquid wax. Works wonders.
9. Dash: The damp towel I used to dry the car with.

All being applied with Vroom microfiber towels/rags/ and cloths. Leaves the best color on the RX8, BB, looking quite spiffy!

I use Menzerna products and am quite happy with the long lasting shine, easily kept that way with Meguires detail liquid. Amazing how shiny it looks after 4 months of rain and road gunk using Meguires along with microfiber towels.

Hey I like the detail you have in that. I just got my RX-8 and would like to keep it as nice looking as possible, because basically, this car was designed to be shown off.

Anyway, what do you use for applying the wax and everything? And on Meguiar's site, where is the NXT Solid Wax you mentioned or the Gold Class Clay Treatment? Can you link me?

What products do you use to CLEAN your 8?

1. Window Cleaner: Water/Microfiber (tried this internal gel for no fog...sorry forgot the name...didn't really work and was difficult to remove)

2. Wheel Cleaner (stock rims): Sonus

3. Washing Soap: Meguire's Gold (use to use Mr. Clean System. Works good but kinda pricey when you have to replace the filter. Also without a bucket my mit got dirty. Had to rinse it once and awhile to not rub dirt into the car. Went back to bucket.)

4. Interior: Armor All Wipes

What products do you use to DETAIL your 8?

5. Exterior Trim (black parts)-Back to Black (when needed)

6. Exhaust Tips-English Custom Polish - for High Temp Metal (I think I got the name wrong but there's a thread in here to clean 'golding' on RB Exhaust, for stock just used regular soap&water).

7. Tires-Dupont Teflon Tire - comes in black bottle (used to use meguirs gel, but the Dupont product works well, lasts long, and no need to wipe)

8. Exterior (Wax...) Sonus Clay, Klasse AIO & SG, Sonus Acrylic Spritz between coatings.

9. Interior (Dash...) Armor All Wipes

10. Interior (Leather...) Meguires Leather Cleaner/Conditioner (spray)

Where can you buy Aerospace 303 online? And do you apply it with an applicator pad or spray it on.
