Question Zaino Question Again

Just receive my Zaino product(s), and have several questions.

1. Can you use the same applicator to apply both the Z1 and Z2 products, since you are supposed to leave the Z1 on and apply Z2 right over the top of it?

2. The bottles look quite small. I know it says to apply a small amount, but how much is typically left in the Z1/Z2 bottles after one application?

3. The leather stuff, how does it work on the dashboard?

For what its worth, Sal Zaino is REALLY good about responding to questions or talking on the phone about his products. You'll probably get a much faster response than posting in here, and it will undoubtedly be better informed as well.

Couple quastions. Why did ya get the Z1? Z2 for light colored cars, or a combo of Z5 and Z2 for dark colored cars is the best bet, using the ZFX accelerator.

I wouldnt use the same pad for both as they are suposed to be layered, not mixed. I think ya should talk to Sal, have him exchange the Z1 for ZFX and get some more pads :D

A normal Z2 aplication for a 8 will be under 1 ounce. Yes, that little. 1 ounce lets me do the whole car, the wheels and I still have a tiny bit left over. I've described the process in this forum area a few times now, just search for it.

Z2 is a 12 ounce bottle I think. You can find out easy enough. Anyway, it's less than 1 ounce per coat on a 8. About .9 for the whole car and wheels.
