04 TiGrey with GT package and new motor (UPDATE)

Okay it's a 04 GT manual with navi, car has nearly 99,4xx miles but I had the motor replaced under warranty around 95,500 so it's only about 4,000 miles on it (was told it's a NEW engine not a reman, which comes in 5% so I was lucky). Also replaced front O2 sensor, fuel hose and plugs together with the engine. Has BHR ignition kit (about 1,500 miles), headers (not sure about brand, former owner put it ), gutted cat, Mazdaspeed catback (dual mufflers one), under car brace kit, lowered on Tanabe GF210 with stock shocks (see below for update), AP rear sway bar and end links, and 18'' aza rims (unfortunately not capable with TPMS, and have some curb rashes) with 225 40 in front and 245 40 in rear. Rear tires only have 1,500 miles on them. Also will throw in the Cobb AP and some preventive tunes are done. Oh yes and another set of coils and wires with less than 3,000 miles.
The car does have some scratches here and there, minor paint crack in front bumper (not bad and hasn't been expanding since I got the car) and paint fading on upper side of trunk lid. All are shown in pics. Recently the coolant level sensor went out so the radiator light will come on and off during highway driving. Common issue for early years 8 all you need is a new coolant tank, which is around 100 bucks and less than 1 hour DIY. Just don't have time to fix it.
The car drives good and sounds amazing and I have clean and clear title in hand with clean autocheck report. I think the price is fair enough for the new engine. After getting all the exterior imperfections fixed it will definitely be a great toy.

Just installed JIC FLT-A2 with about 30K miles on it. Saw them here of a steal price and couldn't hold to get them
Rides pretty enjoyable and the total price goes up for only 300. Pretty firm on 7700 now.UPDATE for UPDATE
7300 somebody just come and take it home...A friend offered me a Z4 however I have to let my 8 go first...
