A few other things to add:
I am in the process of purchasing another car, and decided against trading the RX8 in as a down-payment. Having said that I can take some time to sell the car, as I really would like to see it end up in good, caring hands. I can afford to have two monthly payments for some time.
Would really prefer to have someone local to Bay Area, California buy it, as the test drive, a visit to a mechanic, etc are so much easier to arrange.

Thanks Figs... but it does NOT have everything. I was building it up for an eventual turbo upgrade, and it's almost ready for it.... just need to install a wide band O2 sensor... maybe an upgraded radiator... oh damnit, the mod fever is really bad with this car...... now I am thinking about keeping it as my 2nd car, for HWY 9 runs on the weekend. This car is perfect for twisty mountain roads, a couple of month ago I found some guy with a later gen Acura NSX up there, we started a spontaneous race that lasted for like 10 miles. I am not convinced that he was really pushing it, but I had a strong feeling that the RX8 is demolishing it in the corners.
