I just checked Manheim, and your statement is off for his mileage and claimed condition. Look again at avg to above condition RX8's around those miles... they are not averaging $14.5k. You are way off.

Not sure what the point of your post was, as it is giving false information directly on someone's car listing for no reason.

To the OP... congrats on the wedding and GL w/ the sale. Your OBO price is a very fair starting point for a clean '07 w/ such low miles.

oh, my bad. 13k miles (what i have) is around 14500 up to 17,000 (but no dealership would give me 17 since that's the top of the list). but with his miles, a dealership would probably give him 16-17. So I guess his price is fair for private seller. of course, mine is a gt with nav whereas this one is only a touring. sooo.

i'm just bitter about the loss of value. i didn't mean to suggest that he was charging too much, just that it doesn't feel very good when your 27k car is only worth 15k on a trade.
