Have 2008 Mazda RX-8 Highly modified however has blown apex seal. KBB value is $13,473. Contacted Pettit racing and determined that it might not need rotor housing because of the low miles (39000mi)

Ok. The reason I ask is that I am considering looking for a project car that's either cheap and has an engine in good shape that's ready for turbocharging or something like yours that is ready to go but needs a new engine. The cost nets out to be about the same.
