Well it is about that time and I am considering buying a home and realize that I need to give up my RX-8. I am not happy about this, but that is life. Here is what I have to offer.

I am located in Oakville, Ontario and have a 2004 Mazda RX-8 that has NEVER seen the snow, salt or rain for that matter and has been Rust Proofed using Diamond Cote. My RX-8 is Viscosity Red, GT, 6 speed with red/black interior. I have all options possible, they include updated factory installed NavTec GPS system with upgraded maps for 2006. Those of you that know the RX-8 know the options it has and I also have a factory installed moon roof. I have also added an illuminated shifter, driver and passenger foot lamps (they are red, looks amazing), as well as a shock sensor and front and rear rotary crest. The car is stored in a garage and covered for the winter and of course there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, there are no dents, dings or scratches. I have added clear side markers, but I can change them back to the origional equipment if you like. I complete 2 oil changes per year, I change the oil just before storing it, then after storing it. There is 21000 km on the odometer. I am asking $29000 plus taxes. I will look after all administration costs, drive clean and saftey inspections.

just out of curiosity - is viscosity red the canadian equivalent of velocity red in the states?

 

I think that his paint was a custom high viscosity version usually used in very warm climates.
He also has white front side markers rather than the usual clear corners.

Looks like this is a rare one!

 

2004 for $29,000 ?!?!

 

that's canadian currency. it's about equivalent to about $25000 USD but that still seems high. don't know what the going rate for an 8 is up that way.
