WTT: 04 honda civic + $ for MT Rx8 (pa)

Not sure how many bites I'll get on this but figured it was worth a try before a dealer trade in.

I have an 2004 Honda Civic EX 4door with 30,000miles (low). This car is bone stock and is used as my daily driver. It is unfortunately an automatic, this being one of the reasons I'm looking for a trade. I also own an FD and would love to have a rotary daily driver. It currently has new front brakes and 4 new tires installed a week ago. It does have a few dings and small rock chips (pics upon request). I have had no problems with the car and has been a great daily driver.

I am looking for a manual Rx8 any package and any color other than yellow (sorry). I will also throw in some cash, amount depending on car. Would like to find one relatively close as well, if possible.

You can message me here or more effectively at rx7club under the same name. Thanks

Maybe somebody that is stressed for cash but still needs a reliable family car. I'm going to take a wild stab here but I am assuming by your age and your comments that mommy and daddy paid for or at least helped pay for your rx8 so you have the luxury of not being in a bad financial situation. If your not interested in the car please stay out of my for sale thread. Also, try not to crash your car bc mommy and daddy may not be there to fix it next time. "No offense" brah. That means it cool

yea your right mommy and daddy totally bought my car since both my parents are dead, im in the US Army, and live by myself... get some clout on this forum before you go bashing the people who actually reside in these forums. And yes, get about 22k and your car and i will consider it... the take your car to the junkyard where it belongs. Maybe your just jealous your car wont even go fast enough TO wreck and do any significant damage unless its just ran over by a small truck... no offense

jeezes christ dude whats your deal?? all he did was start a thread to maybe by chance find a person looking for the same thing he is, then you jump down his throat the very first post!

people like you will be the end of this forum, calm the hell down, get out of this thread, and learn to be a little nicer to new people in this forum.

jfxp, I apoligize on behalf of this forum, we are a real good crowd, hope you find an rx8 in your future.

i think, you will be better to sell your car privately, and the money that you get from civic, you can add a few grand to buy used RX8.
i think it's hard for people to trade their RX8 for AT civic, unless the person really needs money. but, i think, the frst option that i told you would be the best option, but still, i gave you a thump up for a try.
peace
steven

Why do I not have taste in cars? Because I own a honda civic as a daily driver? What about the FD? Is that a bad taste in a car as well?

Wow, are you 12? Sounds like your proud of crashing your car. And yes, I must be jealous because my daily driver AT civic isn't as fast as your damaged rx-8

Yes I think your right but the hassles of selling a car privately are endless. It was worth a shot I thought until i met so much hostility posting a pic of a civic, HOW DARE I!

I didn't think a fellow rotary enthusiasts would be treated in such a way. I may be new to these forums (join date 3-4-04) but how many of you have built your rotary from the ground up? I think I can be an asset to these boards but some of you are scaring me off.

Anyway, thanks to some of you for being polite and respectful. I will be buying an 8 so I hope to get to know some of you around here, and I already know who to avoid/ignore. I will not be posting back in this thread as it has turning into a flame war, so please PM me here or on rx7club if there is the slight chance of interest, thanks.
