05 S1 sport with mazda remain
Exterior Re amemiya Front spoiler and vent hood
Cooling mod
RX8 Performance radiator, cnc blade water pump, low temp thermo
Stock airbox and stock location battery
Weather
29C with semi wet track
The car can handel 2-3 lap of full on driving
With coolant temperature no more then 95c if keep rev to 8000, once shift behind that the coolant temperature quick climb up to 100c and will take while of below 5000rpm cool down lap to lower it!!

100C water temperatures are perfectly safe. Over 105C and you should start slowing down.
If you notice coolant temperatures keep climbing at high speeds, you need to make sure the radiator is sealed on top, left, and bottom. Not doing so will allow air to bypass the radiator and not cool the engine.

My home course toward rear section is low speed so at that part of track the temp will climb

Just going to say that if you buy this radiator and then block it off in both the front and rear will all the OE crap as the last guy above did you’re just shooting yourself in the foot. Blocking off everything with foam to force more air through is also treating the symptom rather than curing the real problem. Your engine bay is going to hot enough to out-sear Ruth Chris’ steakhouse.

Then I think I will add Ram air scoop to see if the performance gain on that , affect coolant temp

A real test !!
Weather was 90F high with 70% hum
Whole time Coolant temp stay around 98c/208f
When I try to draft from front car , coolant will jump to 102c/208 , and for first time I own Rx8
I can run whole session !!!!!

It’s all aluminum. Any half way decent radiator shop should be able to repair it. It’s a good design otherwise and stuff happens like this with hand fabrication. It can look and test fine when built, but vibration, heat & pressure cycling stress, etc will show itself eventually at a weak point like where maybe it wasn’t fit up or fully welded quite right. It would make a whole lot more sense to fix and keep using it if at all possible.
Afterall, if you had that same attitude about the SC kit it would have been gone a long time ago. That might have made the more sense

Decide to take it off to Be repair
Throw on eBay dual row OEM radiator
Yeah , compare to Dual pass
It barely work for serious track like I do
