The road course itself is a 1 mile circuit constructed with a multi-acre paved infield area. The roadcourse utilizes several areas of the larger paved infield for chicanes, bus stops and other course additions allowing for endless configuration possibilities.The roadcourse is designed to be a technical course offering a variety of turn radii, approaches, varying combinations and situational racing environments. The large paved area is large enough for the most extensive skid pad testing, vehicle dynamics testing, etc. The road course width is a 30' minimum. The entire road course is fenced and walled with tire barriers at more impact prone areas. Minimum runoff and clearance distances are maintained to maximize safety.
